Send us a description (or a sketch, or a photo) through the request form. Within 24 hours you get a real price and timeline. If you say yes, we make it. Most builds ship within 5 days.

For 3D prints: PETG and PLA. For signs: acrylic, walnut, and brushed metal. For electronics: off-the-shelf microcontrollers, addressable LEDs, and standard USB-C power.

Most orders are made and shipped within 5 business days. Larger projects (custom websites, multi-unit runs) take 1–2 weeks. We always give you a real date upfront.

Small 3D prints start around $20. LED signs and house numbers range $60–$200. Custom websites start at $750. We quote everything upfront — no surprises.

For now, we ship across Ontario and offer free pickup in Vaughan. Rest of Canada by request. International is not available in 2026.

For pre-built items: 14-day no-questions return. For custom builds: we share a render or mockup before making, and won’t start until you approve. After that, custom orders are non-refundable.

Yes. Every custom order ships with a photo before pickup or shipping. For larger orders, we share progress pictures throughout.
